• Maximum bet amounts may vary by event and are displayed on the platform.
• In a parlay or multi-bet, if any single leg is voided, that leg will be removed and the remaining legs will be used to determine the outcome.

3070 BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus terms:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only, one time per person. Previous account holders are not eligible.
• Bonuses must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses must be used before their expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once expired.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings earned through it will be voided from the account in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3070 BD. Engaging in them may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Operating multiple accounts or logging into another member's account.
• Opening multiple accounts under false identities to exploit the bonus system.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using hacking tools, bots, or any automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the Platform.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Attempting fraud through payment chargebacks or bank reversals.

3070 BD reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. This may occur in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of incorrect documents.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

Upon account closure, your verified balance will be refunded. However, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonuses will not be returned.
